12th section of Anthology of RI reviewed

The 12th section in our latest book - An Anthology of the Early Baptists in Rhode Island - is An Historical Discourse, on the Civil and Religious Affairs of the Colony of Rhode-Island (1739), by John Callender, with a Memoir of the author; Biographical notices of some of his distinguished contemporaries; and annotations and original documents, illustrative of the history of Rhode-Island and Providence Plantations, from the first settlement to the end of the first century, edited by Romeo Elton (1838). Included in the illustrations in this section is a hand-drawn map by Terry Wolever of seventeenth-century New England.
