The 6th section of An Anthology of Early Baptists in Rhode Island

The sixth section in An Anthology of the Early Baptists in Rhode Island is "A Review of a Report, presented to the Warren Baptist Association, at its Meeting in 1849, on the Subject of the True Date of the First Baptist Church in Newport, R.I." (1850). The picture is of James N. Granger (1814-1857), pastor of First Baptist, Providence, 1842-1857, and chairman of the committee producing this "Review."
